A 30-year-old home in Alibagh, re-imagined to make the most of the breathtaking sea views from every room. Doors opened up and terraces redone to create personalized outdoor living spaces. A weathered brick flooring, inspired by old Spanish villas extends into all common indoor areas. A selection of natural materials like rattan, cane bamboo, jute, rope, white linen and wood, evoke a natural tactile luxury and beach chic. All the sea-facing rooms were converted into intimate living spaces, with shaggy handmade rugs and throws. Lush tropical foliage planted both around the decks and in terracotta planters, have creepers climbing up the pergolas and bursting into the sunshine with flowers.
