Situated next to the factory in Govandi, a suburb in Mumbai, 2 floors of office space were dedicated to the marketing, operations and accounts departments, so they are in close proximity to the chefs in the main kitchen The use of simple inexpensive Scandinavian style furniture, and pastel colours with the occasional signature graphics - stripes, checks and small framed illustrations inspired by the signature well loved packaging cover the walls to create the same sense of happiness and well being as found in theiir cafes and retail outlets, now all over India. An in house library of heirloom books of recipes and food stories, a cafeteria and a coffee bar add to the experience. The curation of the existing assets of art and whimsical drawings complement the light minimal furniture pieces and the employees are surrounded with a bright and cheerful atmosphere.
